By accessing bluelightai.com or using BluelightAI Inc.'s products, software, or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

BluelightAI provides AI interpretability research, tools, and the Cobalt platform. Some Services, including Cobalt, may be offered under a separate written agreement that supersedes these Terms for enterprise engagements.
3. License and Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, code, images, trademarks, and logos, is owned by BluelightAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except where expressly permitted (for example, open-source packages released under their own licenses).

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract proprietary model internals; (b) use the Services to violate any law or third-party right; (c) transmit malware or interfere with the operation of the Services; (d) use outputs to make automated decisions affecting individuals without appropriate human oversight and regulatory compliance.
